All of my life I was riddled with allergies. Going through school I would have to go get shots once a month and take pills in between those. I would wake up in the middle of the night with my pillow covered in blood from nosebleeds. I would miss quite a bit of school due to my eyes being swollen shut. This followed me into adulthood also. Bosses don’t really care if you are having health problems as long as production is met. So I would load up on Allergy meds and get my butt to work. Until my wife was introduced to IT works. As she learned more and more about the products she suggested that I try the greens. Not wanting to put up with allergies any more than I had to I was on board with giving it a shot. My girlfriend has been able to eliminate her night acid reflux dosage (she takes in AM also) after 2 months on the GREENS.  She can now eat pass 7pm at night and drink orange juice (2 things she was never able to do before the GREENS). 

 
GOUT TESTAMENT

The greens will help with that. My husband isn’t taking his prescription anymore now that he’s been using the greens.
With gout there is too much acid in the body – so the greens is wonderful for this.

-When my son had a flair up with his gout the meds wasn’t working ...I gave him 3 its vital late in the evening and told him before he went to bed take 3 more. It helped him

Testimony on Greens and Acid Reflux

My son (now 11 wks as of 11/13/12) was diagnosed with acid reflux and lactose intolerance at the age of 3 weeks. He would constantly gag and cry because he was in pain. As a mother it hurt me to see him in pain and I wanted to do what ever it took to help him. The doctors put him on different formulas..3 total before we found the right one...and put him on zantac. Well, the zantac was not really helping. He would still constantly be gagging, had projectile vomiting, and was just plain miserable. She suggested I put him on greens. At this point he was about 6 1/2 weeks old. So, i started putting approx. 1/4 scoop of greens in one of his bottles each day. After a week I noticed a HUGE difference! And now, he hardly ever has any gagging, no projectile vomiting, and is a much happier baby.  While I am working on my next blog, I thought I would share a little testimony for one of our products:

Oh my goodness, where do I begin?? It was the first supplement I tried...I had PPD and the Dr's wouldn't give me anything unless I stopped breast-feeding my daughter who was 6 months old. Well, she would never drink formula let alone from a bottle! I went to a party to shadow my sponsor, I hadn't gotten more than 12 hours of sleep in 3 days, my daughter was cranky and teething, and I was trying to get my business going. I am a massage therapist and I have a consistent client who has the tightest glutes/back/neck/shoulders I have EVER felt! She has a lot of back pain and gets migraines because of it. Okay, I understand more than anyone that people tend to shy away from questions . . . I am certainly that way! So I will give my answer.

My first want to change was a feature of my body; to loose my baby belly!! I had been exercising for 10 months and it stuck like glue!! I never had a belly to speak of until I finished college and started my career in my 30's. While I realized this is a changing time for most women it did not sit well with me (or on me ):. I was determined to loose it and I was doing really well. I still had a little ways to go but was more than half way there when I got pregnant. I was hopeful doing 4 times the amount of exercise would do the job along with watching calories . . . but nada!

If you have read the post below you will have noted that I finally found something that worked! The Ultimate Body Applicator along with the other supplements of the Ultimate Pack are the products that I used to get me going in the right direction. Again, I am not where I want to be just yet, but I am well on my way and so grateful I am not where I used to be!!

Once I discovered how well the products worked and knew of a couple people that wanted to use them also, I decided I was ready to share these products and what this company has to offer to anyone who desires!! It is worth mentioning again, this was decision was made only two weeks after signing up as a Loyal Customer.

I also have something bigger that I want to change!! I want to be able to stay home with my daughter and raise her to the best of my ability. Not that I do not want to work. I find working very fulfilling. I work to the highest integrity of my ability. Integrity being utmost importance to me in all areas of life, but especially work ethic. I learned long ago that when we work we need to remember who we are working for! Do your work as unto the Lord. Col 3:23 "And Whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;" Teamwork is also something that makes for a successful work day when possible. I love the idea that many hands make light the work. Connecting with people is a wonderful thing, that not only brings joy, but builds relationships.

I do tend to get slightly discouraged in the workforce as it is full of people that do not always appreciate integrity. I am not sure why but it seems that some are threatened when they see a strong person and act malicious trying to cause trouble for those who are just out there trying to make an honest living. One of the hardest things I have had to comprehend is why and how grown adults act so childish at times without realizing the strife that they are stirring up is effecting not just a person but a family. It is very sad how people behave. What is even worse than that is the prestigious types that usually hold rank as "boss". It seems no matter what a person achieves they are never appreciated. Personally I love a challenge! It is very rewarding for me to be able to accomplish something I set out to do. It is even more so when the tasks seem daunting or unachievable. It is however discouraging when my efforts go unrecognized. It is not that I need the public encouragement to keep me doing well, but it is when there is demeaning attitudes and disregard for my character in light of how well I have accomplished unbelievable expectations that not just go unrecognized and unappreciated but rather suggest the opposite of my character. I guess that when names have titles or initials behind them people tend to loose sight of the very ethics they are supposed to begin every day with.

I too have initials behind my name. Rachel Cone MLT, PBT, LLC. However I do not display them as I should because I do not want the label to be associated with my character. While my career and my degree and certifications are indeed part of my identity it is people and relationships that I hold to a higher integrity than a title. My honor is not in my name as much as how I am remembered.

I have not felt led back to the workforce, but rather to build a business of my own. Now being my own boss and living up to my own expectations may prove to be more daunting than working for someone else. For one thing I have learned over the years is that the hardest person we have to please is ourselves! We set higher standards for ourselves than others do and when we fail, we beat ourselves up more than Satan would! Or so it would seem, but at the same time I am able to re-prioritize and  re negotiate how things get accomplished according to life and what I set forth rather than being let down or feeling that I have let someone else down by not living up to standards unattainable by man. (or woman ;) Not getting defeated but realizing we have learned like Thomas Edison, how not to do something is just as valuable!

What I have discovered while learning to grow my business is that it is really more about building relationships than it is about attaining money! This has helped me tremendously in that I am strengthening first the relationships that are most dear to me! The ones right at the tip of my nose! Of course my loving and supporting husband and my beautiful children. But also my sister and my mother. Both of which may prove more challenging to me as those closest to you are the toughest to enjoy, yet the most important to cherish!! With this alone I am already the wealthiest person I know!

When building my team I want to find the ones that are full of integrity as I am! People that want to build each other up  and learn and grow together. That is what this business is about! While it is sad but true you spend more of your life with the people you work with than your family. It is then necessary when building your business to make sure those people that you are inviting in to be part of your family are going to be just that. People that you can build a strong relationship with and work well together with to accomplish what each person is set out to achieve.

While my one dream is to stay home with my daughter, it has developed into much more. I have created a Dream Board that consists not of dreams for myself but things that my family desires. Notice the "time" implemented over the whole of my dreams. I want to provide for my family the desires of their heart! Giving them the things that will bring them joy and peace is going to be where my joy comes from. One of the the things on this board that I wanted for myself, my husband has already given to me. He does this from a selflessness that I adore! With me not in the workforce and just beginning my business he still takes from our lack to fulfill my desire! This is the only way to success. We cannot go about in the business world for our own gain but for others sake! When we are selfless and seek to have a servants heart and to help others reach their goals and dreams, that is where the true success begins.

That is my goal! To discover what it is that others want and need and to see it through to helping them attain those goals and dreams! My heart is one of service! To help others.

That is why I choose the medical field! I am a Medical Laboratory Technician because I want to help people be healthy. By discovering what conditions lie within helping the doctors treat and heal them, I feel that I am playing  a roll in their well being. As the Phlebotomist that collects the blood for the diagnosis and the X-ray tech that provides the films that reveal the hidden structures and the conditions they are in is also providing the Physician the tools he needs to treat his patients.

I believe with all my heart that we can keep people from having to be treated by Physicians if  we can help them to achieve healthier lifestyles! This is why I am grateful for the opportunity to share this business.

I am just thrilled beyond belief to have the added bonus to also help people who may just want to join me in sharing this amazing opportunity. The potential is here to take it to whatever level you want or desire. If you just want to get your feet wet and get a feel for what it is all about. Make a little extra cash or bring in enough money to pay for the products that you love. Maybe you are like me and would like to replace the income from a "work force" J O B. The motivation is your own. To what extreme are you willing to make your business grow? Maybe you want to jump in the deep end and take your business all the way to the top of the charts. Personally my goal is not just replace my income from my J O B but $30,000 per month sound like that pretty comfortable place that my husband longs to be. I would love to make his dreams come true and allow him the time he yearns for to live to enjoy life while he is still young enough to move through the world as a family!!

I am excited that my one thing turned into so much for so many other people! It is not just about what I want anymore! It is about WHAT CAN I DO TO HELP YOU? Would it be okay if I help you realize those dreams? Would it be okay if I help you think outside the box that is your day to day and reach for what it is you really want? My friends, our dreams are within our reach! Our life is what we make it! Let us reach for the things that drive us and make this life EXTRAORDINARY!

Personally I am done with mediocre! I am reaching beyond what I can grasp and calling things as though they are already! What is in the mind will flow from the heart to the lips! What is your FEAR? Is it Fear of Failure, Trading Security for the unknown, Fear of being overextended financially, of what others will say or think or Fear that success will alienate peers?

My fear is, FEAR OF FAILURE:

Really more about wasting time! Time is so precious!! Fear the task I am on may not be the right one that will help me grow . . . the set up of almost everything is like starting a business. It takes time to build the foundation and sometimes those things seem insignificant and appear to be time wasters when in reality they are what is helping build and creating the strength.

To overcome this fear; just keep plugging along. Baby steps. No matter how silly or small they seem. Keep your eye on the prize and keep plugging along at whatever task is before you at the moment and know that it is all part of the foundation.

ASSUMPTION GAP

I did not necessarily think I would grow automatically, I just did not think about life effecting people’s abilities so much! There is a lot of interest and curiosity, but the means are not always there and the timing is not always right.

Also people are not always going to meet me at my excitement level. I had to learn and study before I reached that level myself.

One of my hardest things to grasp is the “Remember When” ideal ology. My Husband is all the time telling me how he “tries to remember when” especially when it comes to the children.  It is important for me to remember especially how confusing all this is in the beginning and to just give bits at a time and the right information when requested. Not to give all the information to everyone all of the time.

The hardest thing for me to do is to tame my excitement so that it is not offensive!  Yet stay excited enough I am able to drive myself into action!

PERFECTION GAP

I do not desire to be the best per-say in comparison to the world as much as if I am not going to do it right, I have difficulty either getting started or finishing until I “feel” it is just right!

Blogging is a good example. I spent a few days reading up on it before just starting it because I wanted to make sure it was done right, so I gave up time I could have spent taking steps and getting it going researching. On the other side of that, being anal is not always a downfall. My Husband is also big on do it right the first time! So researching to find all the tips to do that is not a bad thing. I just have to have peace about that “feeling” that I have wasted time by not starting sooner and apply the same philosophy that it takes time to build a foundation. No matter what that may be, a solid relationship, friendship, marriage, business, etc. It applies to life in general! The old Rome wasn’t built in a day adage ;-)

 MAKE INTENTIONAL GROWTH

WHAT DIRECTION

The direction I want to go is all the way to the top! I want to earn the $30,000 per month. Not for me, but for my family! Not only my family, but if I am earning that kind of income it is because I have fulfilled a passion of mine which is helping others! That is why I am in the medical field. Even if the work is behind the scenes helping is a gratifying gift to give! This business is helping me reach out to people and build relationships on a whole other level! Including my family! I am eternally grateful for that! If I can provide this kind of support to my family it also means we can enjoy life. My Husband is HUGE on why work your butt of in life if you cannot enjoy it! To give him and the children the enjoyment of traveling and experiencing the excitement life has to offer is a desire of my heart; “The American Dream” is achievable. Determination is from the heart, but it has to be a selfless one to succeed. “As long as you are doing anything with a motive to get you will never produce any joy in your life” Joyce Meyer! MY STORY

Facebook really is an amazing tool!! I actually refused to use it for years. It was only weeks after I finally signed up that I found my biological dad! What an amazing journey that has been! It was not long after a vacation time spent with him that I was scrolling through my homepage and saw some posts from one of my high school friends. She intrigued me with not only the name of the company she was promoting, but also the proof of seeing her photos of her personal results. All of her posts saying it works and then proving it with her own pictures!!! I was sold!! I NEEEED it to work for me!!! I have just had my third child and all the weight I had lost barely two years prior was back with a vengeance! I was working 4 times as hard as I did then and nothing was helping my body get back to where I wanted to be!!  So I signed up!  Of course I had the support of my husband so we began our investment to see how well it would work for me. Global, 9 using the defining gel and stretchmark cream, 7 weeks into using the Ultimate Body Applicator and the Fat Fighter, and 4 weeks into working the business already having AMAZING RESULTS worth shouting from rooftops!! For  12 days I had been using the Ultimate Pack. I usually take my greens in my first morning cup of water. Sometimes I will add them to my ProFit (chocolate is just Awesome!). Just using those two products if I try to eat the breakfast that I am used to I get way too overfull!! I will mix up some more profit for lunch and I am just not even hungry until dinner. Occasionally I will snack on the essential bars, which are also amazing! I just cannot believe how much I like the Greens and how much the Profit keeps me feeling full all day. I actually feel better if I do not eat breakfast, but I try and have a little something because I know it is am important part of weight loss. I take one Thermofit after I have my morning ProFit with my first 3 It’s Vital. I take another one Thermofit and the second 3 It’s Vital with my lunch ProFit. Keeping in mind it has not even been two weeks of using the Ultimate Pack, I do not have accurate records to show the results and benefits other than the immediate sensations I have. For instance, not feeling drained after my daily workouts and not being hungry. In this short time I have FINALLLLLLY LOST 10 lbs. (this was before my Ultimate Pack) and it is staying off!! I have also lost 115.5 + inches to date!!!!!!!!  I am on a long journey. I exercise everyday! I start my day off with a 5k walk. I come home and do Pilates usually from 30-50 minutes worth. Every other day I will use my more than a decade old bowflex machine and every day I am doing at least 40 minutes on the elliptical machine, occasionally 60 minutes. I have personal goals to reach and now I have a dream to fulfill not only for me but also for everyone I can reach!! I cannot say how much I LOVE IT WORKS!
